Emily Callaway is an American politician who has served as a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives since January 9, 2023. She represents Kentucky's 37th House district.
Electoral history[edit]
She was elected on November 8, 2022, in the 2022 Kentucky House of Representatives election against Democratic opponent Jeffery M. Donohue. She assumed office on January 1, 2023.[1]
Political positions[edit]
Callaway introduced a bill that would charge women who receive an abortion with criminal homicide. It received opposition from both major parties and failed.[2][3][4]

Callaway is a Baptist. She graduated from Whitefield Academy.[5][6]
